Hospital Administrator 

EdithEdith Dubois 

Edith earned her Office Administration Diploma from the College of the Rockies. She has been a part of our team for 8 years and her favorite parts of working at the practice include getting to know the clients and their pets, as well as working with some amazing veterinarians and staff. Edith’s family consists of her husband of 22 years, Denis, and their son Sebastien (age 10), the goalie. Their pets include Rush, an English Springer Spaniel, and Recce, a Wirehaired Pointing Griffon. When she isn’t working, Edith enjoys training and competing in dog agility, bike riding, skiing, walking the dogs, traveling, and watching her son play hockey. She also faithfully watches Le Tour de France every year.

Department supervisors at General Veterinary Hospital work hard to manage their teams, ensuring that all of the hospital staff is providing an exceptional level of care to you and your pet at all times! We are here to maintain to highest standards of veterinary care within our veterinary teams.

Our Receptionist 

We take great pride in welcoming you to our practice with a friendly face and a warm personality. Our receptionist is there to answer your questions and assist you with all administrative needs prior to and following your pet’s veterinary appointment.

Our Technicians 

Our technicians are highly-qualified team members who work closely with our veterinarians to administer medical care to your pet. Our team is made up of Certified Veterinary Technicians, which means each of our team members have completed a two year college program and pursue ongoing education annually to remain up-to-date on veterinary care techniques.

Our Support Staff

Our support staff is made up of a technical assistant and kennel assistants who work hard to assist the medical team at our practice. Each of our team members looks to our support staff for their continued dedication to the team, the hospital, and most of all, our patients.
